   Really professional and helpful team. Malcolm did our initial valuation and was really knowledgeable and informative. He also said Parris could handle the viewings (as I have 2 bouncy dogs!). Sold the property after 3 viewings. I was always contacted to arrange viewings and feedback was given- when provided by prospective buyers. Anita also dealt with our sale and was always friendly and helpful. Both were available by phone and email with quick response times. They made it as painless as possible! Thank you. Brenda and Mark

   Parris Property Services have managed my rental property over the last 3 years. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to show me the ropes of being a new landlady. They were always there to discuss any issues and dealt with, inspections, repairs and liaison with tenants swiftly and professionally. They have recently marketed and sold my property and again dealt with viewings efficiently, giving immediate feedback and advice. All of this done with a very friendly approach by every member of staff, which puts customers at their ease. I would highly recommend Parris for management of property rentals and sales.    We approached Parris as we had to sell our Mum’s home quickly as she had moved into a care home. From the very beginning Anita was amazing she fully understood our situation and worked with compassion and took a real interest in our situation. Once we knew the house needed to go on the market Anita worked quickly to arrange the sale with an open day and expected offers the following Monday. It took just 10 weeks to complete from the house going on the market which was amazing and with little stress for us. I would highly recommend everyone to use Parris and in particular Anita and I certainly would again if and when I sell my house without any hesitation.
