   ABC Gone (found online at a time of need) were a godsend when my property was trashed by a tenant (one I had got myself not through ABC) and BETH was the guardian angel who arrived on the doorstep of my property and quickly took control sorting out all the problems left behind by the tenant. Not only that she has sorted out the cleaning, rubbish removal, the repairs and even gone out of her way to turn up to get keys off of locksmith (I live 80 miles away from property) ABC Gone are now my letting agents and I have 100% faith in their ability to find me a good tenant and take care of my property, rent, guaranteed income etc.

   Shocking company. After I refused to act as middle man in fraudulent activity.. I had 2k of future revenue taken.. Avoid these. In response to your reply.. You can take them and deal with them anyway you choose.. iv got evidence. I'm happy to leave a bad review and deal with your management on WhatsApp. Or In a civil court... Public reviews are for Public knowledge.. you can't just except the good . So do as you wish .

   careful about this agency because this agency agents do not give back tenant deposit. This agency agents use different tricks to not payback tenants deposit. This agency did not give back my deposit and even i know some other tenants to whom this agency did not return deposit.I have full pictures of flat and in your review reply you are lying that i destroyed the carpet .There was no carpet in this flat.This matter is disputed and deposit is still in deposit scheme.I have full video and pictures of flat and i will present to the concerning authority. All your this response is wrong.
