   Having used many different disappointing agents over the years for letting my portfolio I can not recommend Keys and Lee enough ! Professional, friendly and adaptable that go that extra mile - nothing is too much trouble The biggest difference I found with Keys and Lee from any other agent is that they actually listen and communicate so that I am always aware of what is going on through the process of renting property out through them Charlotte and Sandra treated me like a person rather than an opportunity to generate money through fees for their company and nowadays that’s a very rare find and appreciated that although a landlord I like any potential tenant still needed support through the process I can not recommend this agent enough in particular Charlotte who went above and beyond 100% be using them again

   Highly recommend Keys & Lee . From initial meeting with Duncan and a detail valuation appraisal along with excellent photography with videos . Candice had complete ownership of buyer validation and viewings culminating in a sale . I received weekly updates from Candice all the way from accepting an offer through to completion. Can you get cheaper? I am sure you can but I had a stress free sale with an agent owning the process from start to finish. Money well spent in my eyes. Duncan and Candice were excellent and I am grateful for the excellent communication, weekly updates and support answering those questions that need answering.
