   After 31 years of nothing but compliments, gifts and cards I have received a negative comment. I would like to point out that the customer was rude and arrogant and was not happy that I pointed out the unsuitable cage that this bird was housed in. My skills are highly trained and experienced and I had no concerns about this bird apart from its unsuitable housing.

   Popped in today as I am thinking of getting a cockatiel and got lots of good advice about cages etc. Suzie was lovely, really knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely be going back there to get my bird and the accessories.

   I love this shop I go their for all my parrots needs seed is clean with a great mix they always have everything I need and if they don't which don't happen often they get it for u advise is great always willing to help so if u have feathered friends get to this shop it's ace
