The cinema is great imo, however when viewing a movie, the sound is too loud. I dont have hearing problems but I just thought the sound from the ads and the movie itself was very loud. Even some kid 2 seats next to me was covering his ears.

Disgraceful behaviour from staff β abuse of authority This was one of the worst and ghetto customer service experiences I have ever had. On Saturday 6th December, while I was queuing for food, my two younger sisters were waiting to enter a movie when they were suddenly stopped and wrongly accused of throwing a bottle at a staff member. They were accused without evidence, without being seen doing anything, and while they were alone by the huge female staff The big staff member immediately took an aggressive and intimidating tone, accusing my sisters outright. When I asked to speak to the manager, Rodrigo, he admitted he did not actually know who threw anything and only said it came from βtheir direction,β yet still chose to blame two young girls with no proof. Despite repeatedly asking, CCTV was deliberately not checked, which speaks volumes. Any competent manager would verify facts before accusing customers β especially children. Disgusting. Instead, staff doubled down, became confrontational, and attempted to intimidate us but flopped I was then threatened by the female staff member, and when I asked for her name, she started hiding her name with her lanyard cas she knew she was wrong . Shockingly, Rodrigo defended this and said she did not have to give her name. This is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. To make matters worse, my refund was refused unless I apologised for something that was never proven and that I did not witness. I was effectively forced into apologising just to get my money back. That alone shows how unprofessional and unethical this situation was. Train not only your staff but your manager rodrigo. For the lady to indimidate kids at her big size is crazy Blaming and intimidating children, refusing to review CCTV, refusing to identify staff, and holding refunds hostage is disgraceful behaviour. Management seriously needs to review the CCTV from that day and retrain staff immediately. This experience was embarrassing, hostile, and completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to think twice.

The seating is great in every screen. They desperately need to improve the mobile service in the lobby or at least offer WIFI so I donβt have to leave to get my tickets up. Great range of food and drinks, I really appreciate the coffee machine. Would be nice to have more than 1 zero caffeine option though. Unfortunately they always leave some orangey lights on when the film plays which I hate, also the toilet urinals and sinks are built for people who are 5 feet tall imo.

Vue Cinema Harrow is getting worse day by day. On 01/11/2025, the staff member at the main entrance who was checking tickets was very rude. We were in Screen 5 for the 11:05 p.m. show, and for the first 30 minutes, the lights were fully on, so we couldnβt see anything on the screen β imagine watching a horror movie like that! To make things worse, the chair tray was very dirty. Really disappointing experience overall.

Located on the second floor of st George's Shopping centre. This Vue Cinema has multiple screens , great seats, choice of delicious snacks, a Coca Cola station, a Lavazza station, a Pick n Mix station and an Edit Bar with loads of seating. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is always clean and picture quality is great.

My first visit here although Lynne Jacobs (my Sister) had been before. The Vue Cinema is located on the first floor of the St George's Centre close to Harrow on the Hill Station. Car parking is now free after 1800, so long as you leave before 0300 ;-), and is located on the third and fourth floors. Lifts or stairs get you access to all levels. First impression was people milling around with children running around. Usual thing of drinks, sweets and popcorn all designed to relieve you of money. Entry to the cinemas brought you to a desk where a conversation (? social) between the staff member and a security guard seemed to override any customer service. Eventually our tickets (on my phone) were glanced at, but not scanned interestingly, and a direction of 'to the right' got us inside. On the way down the corridor towards Screen 6, toilets, including accessible ones, were available if required. At the end, Screens 5 and 6 were located next to each other with seating plans clearly displayed. Screen 6 comprised six rows of reclining seats, including footrests, giving 51 seats in all. Clearly this area had not been cleaned before our showing as cups and rubbish were evident as we made our way up to the back, Row F. Our film, Andre Rieu in Dublin, was very good, lasting 2 hours 20 minutes including a 15 minute interval. On leaving afterwards, Screens closer to the entrance were also finishing. Behavior of people and children seemed not appropriate for a public place. At the car park level, the parking ticket had to be validated confirming our arrival time and then driving out was easy and off home. Not impressed with this place and think that I shall avoid it in the future.

AF screening was a good experience. Staff checked viewing was adequately set up. Small room, comfy seats once you work out the reclining feature. I nearly fell asleep. Paying in advance was a good feature. We sailed through. Thank you Vue.

I usually enjoy watching movies at this cinema, I love that all seats are recliners. However on my recent visit, I was in screen 4 and we sat to the middle/lower row on the left side seats (if facing the screen) and every time someone opened the entrance doors the bright Screen 4 LED sign along the wall outside the screen was blinding us. This brightly lit '4' sign really need to be moved, perhaps more to the right as it ruins the cinema experience and the movie, as it is really distractive, especially after the 10th time the door was opened by someone leaving or coming in mid movie.

Is a good cinema and the staff was helpful but they still need to improve the cleaning a bit. Big seats and comfortable with a nice table.
