   I feel like its need a bit of TLC Cineworld the foyer is nice and bright staff are friendly, just maybe needs a freshen up with the seats in the cinema, also if they could get permission to have Electric charge points I'd go more often, but overall a nice place to go

   I went to see the double bill of wicked, I’ve been going to the cinema for over 10 years. I pay for an unlimited membership £12 and month and I can see unlimited movies for the month. I was denied entry because there was an issue with my card despite the fact that the payment was taken. I was told I’d have to pay £20 to see the movie because it was a double bill despite the fact the I’d already paid that month. Furious with the situation and customer services have been no help

   Well the price for the tickets are great but bar that. The food and drink are disgustingly expensive and the staff laugh at it when pointing out the prices. If you have kids take your own and don’t line this companies pockets. The image is a small popcorn at £5 bag of sweets £3.70 they should be ashamed.

   We arranged a private screening for our daughters birthday, and could not have been happier - it was excellent value for money, booking was easy online and then the events team followed up shortly after, we pre-ordered food and drinks and upon arrival on the day the staff called the manager down to greet us who went through all the details. He gave us a tour, arranged for tables to be put out for the snacks, had the snacks all made and put out before the guests arrived and was on hand if we needed anything throughout the screening. We will definitely look to do that again in the future, it was a great experience! Thank you so much for making our daughters birthday one to remember!

   Great local cinema with friendly and happy staff members. The venue is clean and tidy. Showing all the latest films on the large screen. Great value offering a monthly unlimited cinema pass. Highly recommend.

   Went to see the latest Avatar film. Ticket prices were pretty reasonable, though as expected snack and drink prices were ridiculous, if we hadn't had a discount code it would've cost almost as much the tickets themselves. As for the theatre itself it was clean and well maintained however the seats did start to get uncomfortable (in fairness it was an almost 3 hour film) but more significantly the heating was dreadful. It was freezing almost the entire time. Still an overall enjoyable experience and a good cinema and I will still use it and recommend it to friends

   A very good but under used cinema and entertainment centre. There is lots of free car parking. It has a direct link to the London bound lane of the M2 and offers a complete selection of services: hot food, popcorn, ice cream including a pick n mix sweet bar for the kids, both big and little. Cineworld is just part of the Medway Leisure Park complex. Cineworld is surrounded by restaurants and eateries for every taste with a wide choice for everyone. The staff at Cineworld are friendly and helpful. It is the ideal place for visit to the cinema and a night out with the family or with friends, highly recommended

   Great time here this morning for kids club. Nice and quiet, almost deserted at 10am this Sunday morning. We saw Pets 2 for £7.50 for 2 adults and a 2 year old. The 2 year old loved the show, the sweets and the ice cream. Staff where friendly and in good spirits. I liked the shots taken of Rochester bridge, directly over the cinemas car park, great views.
