Very poor experience. None of the ticket machines working and long queue at the counter, but only 1 person to serve all customers for tickets and snacks while several other staff watched on without helping. Guy asked for assistance multiple times but was just ignored by his colleagues. Screening room very cold and film didn't start 'til over 40 minutes after advertised time, which is excessive. First time trying this cinema. Won't be returning

Saw a film in 4DX here, and it was a unique experience. I would just note that it really depends what film you see as it could be very gimmicky. My main issue was with the quality and brightness of the screen (Screen 9). Colour seemed very washed out and not great detail. The centre channel during the adverts was also uncomfortably loud, but in the film was ok. Very strange. Did not grab snacks here, but in 4DX the seats do move a fair bit, so you may not get much chance to eat!

This cinema seriously needs an upgrade. The screens are ridiculously dark. If you have premium screens and charge premium prices you should have premium quality. The 4DX screen is extremely washed, if a bright movie like Zootopia looks washed then its a problem. 2025 and screen is of 90s quality. Dark movies you cant even tell whats going on like wicked. And it only has 3 effects and only chair movements work consistently, water occasionally works. No snow, bubbles, scents, smoke 90% of the time doesnt work.

Watched a film here with the 4dx immersive experience. The seat movement and wind effects are overexagerated during the tech demo ad at the beginning, but in the film they were sporadic and disjointed. The projector had nasty burn in, and the sound was ear splittingl loud. The seats were dirty. Not worth the premium price, not worth a regular price even for a good film.

First time to come to Cineworld Wandsworth. I watched the screenX mission impossible the final reckoning. The screen size is small and dark. Seats are not reclinable. My seat was number 9 and better to select seat from row J and K. Interior design for the best seats to watch screen X are the aisle seats. I have no ideas why someone design staircase in the middle of the screenX theater. This is such a waste of £20,99. Overall, toilets were not that clean. There were many Popcorn near by the exit on the floor after the show is done.

Nice cinema, we went to see few movies on 4dx ...definitely entertaining.

I have been a regular cinema goer to Cineworld Wandsworth for around 15 years or so. My partner and I are keen cinema goers, have unlimited cards and sometimes see 2 films in one day. Unfortunately this venue is going downhill and the experience is not what it once was. The smaller screens are very very poor. Seriously I have a much better movie watching experience watching at home. The pictures are so dark it is incredibly difficult to make out what is going on. During trailers with the house lights are on the picture is barely legible but even with the lights down it can be terrible. We just watched The Whale which is a very dark film and we could barely make anything out. In one scene we couldn't tell if one of the characters was awake or not as we could not make out if their eyes were open. We could barely read the text that informed us which day it was and when the character was googling something we couldn't make out what he was typing until the shot zoomed right in. I read elsewhere that projector bulbs fade and this makes sense to me. It's getting to the point where we don't want go unless we are in one of the 2 main screens. We heard other customers commenting on how bad this was as we were leaving the auditorium. Since lockdown the pick and mix selection is not what it was and of very poor quality - the sweets are left far too long and and very dried out.

Staff were very helpful! Having a disability, the staff were very understanding and keen to help when I needed a few extra supplies of things I'd forgotten to bring before using their disabled facilities. The cinema itself is great and has a large selection of screens and films to choose from.

A decent cinema, very clean and spacious. Love the design, the red and black colour theme - looks very futuristic. The screens are pretty cool too, including the 4DX. The cinema is approx 10mins from Wandsworth station which is handy plus there's indoor parking available which is free between 7 pm to 2 am - just ask the staff and they’ll help you with this. The staff there are pretty helpful and willing to answer any questions you have. Worth a visit if you fancy a good film and a relaxed evening. RM x

Screen 11 legend of maula jatt.. The seat was broken we were sitting on.. the sound was extremely low also as you can see in the picture the screen material had creases in it.. all this and more ruined my whole experience for this great movie.
