Came in earlier to watch Wicked, I was a bit late so needed info on whether it had started yet or the trailers were still on, I spoke to Alekai, she was very helpful, very empathetic to my conandrum and showed genuine care, she quickly and efficiently took my food order and prepared it perfectly, thanks to her great efforts I got into my screen just as the movie started so didn't miss anything! All thanks to her great efforts! Her amazing costumer care genuinely helped make my experience a truly excellent one!

This venue offers a massive choice of screens and films — from the latest blockbusters to indie releases — so there’s almost always something you want to see. The auditoriums are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable seating and excellent sound/picture quality.Staff are consistently friendly, helpful, and efficient — a genuine pleasure compared to some chains where service can feel rushed.Yes, the food and drink prices are predictably sky-high (popcorn, nachos, soft drinks, etc.), but that’s standard across pretty much every cinema these days. One of the best all-round cinema experiences in the area. Worth the ticket price for the choice, comfort, and staff alone. Just bring your own snacks if the concession prices make it too much for you.

We booked for Screen 15. The recliner seats are very comfy but the whole place is looking very shabby. Leather worn off seats, control buttons not working properly. Need a refurb, the tickets aren't cheap. Unless you go on Monday during the day!

Large multiplex within a larger leisure complex. I can only speak for screen 2 IMAX. The picture and sound are up to the usual standard. The premier seats are a bit shabby and in need of reupholstering, plenty of legroom.

We saw the new ant-men and it was awesome. The cinema was nearly empty so even better. Good service, clean and not too many kids in the theatre, absolutely amazing

Had a very enjoyable experience watching Avatar on Imax screen in 3D, but the after-sales service is shocking. I booked tickets to see it again, only to arrive at the theatre and be told the show wasn't 3D. I cancelled the tickets and they agreed to refund me, but that was almost 6 weeks ago and I have yet to receive the refund. You can't get anyone on the phone, so very frustrating to deal with.

The seats were appalling with quite a few of the seats taped up and unusable. There should be staff inside the cinema to stop people taking selfies during the movie and for those just there to be on their phone all the time and talking consistently. There should be signs telling all customers to throw their rubbish in the bins provided afterwards too. Apart from that I wasn’t too impressed.

I don’t like writing negative posts, however, the Odeon in Kingston Cinema 3 was absolutely terrible. We ended up walking out even though we enjoyed the movie itself until we left. There were broken seats, the stairs were falling apart, there was a terrible smell and the seats were just worn out and uncomfortable. The team are very friendly so I would give it high marks for customer service. Below scores are out of 10 Customer Service 9 Atmosphere 5 Presentation 3 Products 5 Wifi Yes Location 10 Parking: Lots of paid parking available. Overall 6
