   I can’t thank keystones enough for all their help in selling our property, the whole team are so professional and knowledgeable. Amazing communication, helping us throughout the whole process, would highly recommend them if you are planning to sell or buy! A special thank you to Chris, both Sam’s and especially Helen our sales progressor she is amazing, she never gave up, constantly chasing all parties involved and kept my spirits up throughout a sometimes frustrating and long process.

Ben, Sam S, Helen, Chris, Libby and Sam treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and compassion during the most difficult time of my life after losing my mum and forced to sell her home. The property had previously failed to sell with a larger chain of estate agents who continually misled me. From the moment I spoke with Ben at Keystones, he took the time to reassure me and restore my confidence that the property would sell under their modern, proactive approach. Ben made me feel supported and listened to, and it was clear the entire team were acting with my best interests at heart. It certainly wasn’t the easiest of sales under challenging circumstances, but the team pushed forward, keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks to their persistence, Sam S successfully secured the sale.    Special mention to Sam, who took me and my husband to a couple of viewings. Sam was really polite, helpful and that is not always the case. He also accommodated for me to visit with builders once I had considered offering on the property. I hope he is recognised for his work. Also further to this Candice also was helpful, timely and worked hard once we had made an offer. Again I liked that we were not pushed in any way to use in-house broker/Solicitors. She helped and stepped in where necessary and would keep me updated with any developments. Really good service from Keystones, Thank you so much!

   I asked my previous neighbour of her experience selling with Keystones and she was full of praise so we arranged for a valuation. Hayden visited and I was very happy with the advice he gave me. We decided to use Keystones and am so glad we did. Special mention to Sam Pond who oversaw the 40+ viewings. You were a star! We received numerous offers and I was really impressed with the way Chris dealt with the offers, making sure there were no time wasters and ensuring we got the best deal possible. Candice introduced herself as the sales progressor and became our main point of call and I must say she is an absolute asset to the team. Liaising with our buyers, solicitors and the agents who we are then buying through. We are approx 4-5 weeks from completion and hit a bit of a blip which caused some stress and sleepless nights but thanks to Candice this was quickly sorted. Fingers crossed we get to completion. For anybody contemplating what estate agent to use I can only say that you will get a 5 star service from the whole team at Keystones.

   Had a really good experience with Keystones in the process of purchasing a property. Sam was very friendly, professional and helpful in showing us the house, and calmly going through every question we would have. He also went out of his schedule to show us another one of their properties that day right after our first viewing. Although I think purchasing a property in the UK is very time consuming in comparison to other countries, I can comfortably say that Keystones Property made the process very easy for me. Once the sale was confirmed, Candice made sure there would be no hold-ups on any sides of the purchase, and that all communication runs smoothly. Really appreciate her effort in the process. Thanks to both of them and the solicitor that they recommended, we will soon have a place we can call home.

   As a first time buyer we were not sure how the whole buying process worked but with Keystone it was very quick and easy. Sam pond, our agent, showed us the property 2 times. He was very helpful always. After that Mr Scott , Hayley then Candice They all were very supportive and helped us through the whole process making it smooth, quite easy to understand and less stressful. They are doing very hard work within buyer ,seller and their solicitors( Ms Candice worked harder in the final stages ) Thank you so much to all of you, you're a great team! Definitely will recommend this agency to anyone!
