Great selection, staff are very friendly. Parking outside of the shop with some free parking available (do have to pay after a certain amount of time) but right next to middlebrook retail park with steps to come down.
The online ticketing system is pathetic. I'm a club member but have a lot of trouble even logging-in. The online ticketing system often says wrong email address even though I know it's right. It sometimes says wrong password but again, I know I'm right. Today, the system let me in; I selected the ticket, used my 'stored card details' but the purchase 'timed-out' as you get 5 minutes to complete the purchase, but the ticket system takes longer than that (not my fault). So, I gave-up, and have saved myself £32 plus travel expenses. I'll watch the match on the telly.
My only criticism is that mobile and Internet connectivity leaves a lot to be desired! This was my first experience of the facilities for disabled supporters, and it was 100% positive. Very pleasant and helpful staff, plenty of accessible adapted facilities, easy access to all areas.
What a club. Proud to be a Bolton Wanderers fan. The new owners have brought back the family feel to this club. Playing good football under Ian Evatt. Great cup win at Wembley last Sunday was the icing on the cake. We are the one and only Wanderers!!!

There was a pretty good selection of new merchandise today and treated myself to a Centenary White Horse At Wembley t shirt and my daughter to an 80's team t shirt from when she started following the Mighty Whites
Great stadium and infrastructure all around. Easy access to the motorway network and a train station about 200 yards away. Don't understand why no one has bought out the current owner who has supposedly been looking to sell it for the last 2 years. Snooker championship is currently being hosted so it's quite busy.
