   I would highly recommend Tiger Cues if you’re looking for a quality snooker or pool cue. I found Darryl to be very helpful with a friendly and personal service and nothing was too much trouble. I purchased a snooker cue from him and the tip wasn’t quite right for me so he replaced it for me no problem and I then went on to buy an American pool cue fron him. Sure there are cheaper cues out there but if you want to support a local business and buy a quality handmade cue at a fair price and made by a local craftsman then this is the place to go to. I have used both cues several times now and I am very pleased with the quality of them and the service was excellent on both occasions. I also had a cue refurbished by Darryl and he did an excellent job of this. Also accessories such as cue cases and extensions are available at competitive prices. As I say I would highly recommend.

   I reached out to Darryl and made an appointment to visit his show room. Darryl was friendly and knowledgeable- sharing his passion for cue sports and his craft for building cues which gave me all the confidence to give responsibility of my builds to him. I took one of my existing cues for a little T.L.C, I ordered a new playing cue and breaking cue- both with quite specific requirements to their build. What I received was fantastic- I couldn’t be happier. The cue that needed some T.L.C was cleaned down, dents removed, new coating, new ferrule and tip. This came out looking great and has since been regifted. As for my playing and breaking cues, these feel absolutely perfect for me. My every specification was met and they feel so great to play with.    Amazing experience from start to finish. These cues are top quality, but what impressed me is the customer service and care. Daryll is really knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful, nothing seems to be too much trouble for him and he genuinely seems more interested in making sure that the customer buys the right cue for them and is happy with their purchase than anything else. He made the cue to the right specs for me after discussing what would be my best options and I really couldn't be happier....great guy, fantastic cues and exemplary customer service!!

   Just recently picked up my refurbished 40yr old ash snooker cue from Darryl & I couldn't be more pleased with it & it looks as good as new. I visited his home/workshop & he spent time with me showing & explaining his excellent craft. I was fascinated with it all & felt like a young lad again in a sweet shop. I can see myself owning a 2nd cue very very shortly as I never had a handmade cue made solely for myself. His cues are superb.

   One of the lads in our team picked up a Tiger cue last year. A few of us borrowed it for a frame to see how it played... To cut a long story short 4 of us on the team now play with Tiger cues, Darryl had a good selection and madjusted them for our own individual specification.    Just bought a Tiger naos cue&case from tiger cues unfortunately the case I ordered had been sold in the shop the same day Darryl quickly contacted me and apologised and offered a replacement case which was perfect, Top man! cue&case arrived really quickly and was well packaged I have to say I was well impressed with the workmanship of the cue&case and the customer service and the pricing if your in the market for a new cue don’t hesitate to contact Darryl and Tiger cues absolute pleasure to deal with you will not be disappointed!!!    I’ve been playing competitive snooker for over 40 years and in that time I’ve spent a lot of money on cues made by all the big names in the industry. Earlier this year I was looking for something new and came across Tiger Cues. What a find!! First off, Darryl could not have been more helpful and easy to deal with, answering my many queries with great patience and attention to detail. Having decided on my specifications, Darryl produced a cue of stunning quality, equally as good or better than any I’ve ever owned and for a price literally half what I would normally pay. I cannot recommend these cues enough. If you’re serious about your game and want a top quality cue, speak to Darryl without delay - you won’t be disappointed! This is a genuine review, I didn’t know Darryl or the company in any way before January 2021 and can truly say I’ve been blown away by the quality and service!!
