   Initially we went to Ellis Brigham in Chester looking for Ski boots for my partner's 19 year old daughter, the man there was very unhelpful, bordering rude. We left as they had no stock. A very helpful man who worked for the Grovesnor guided us towards Sail & Ski. Dave assisted us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He made sure that the ski boots were the right ones for my partner's daughter. He took his time to explain everything really well. There was a great choice of ski boots as well as ski/snowboard/sail items. An outdoor adventurers dream shop. We will definitely return.

   Only went for skateboard accessories for my daughter so I've no expertise on anything in the shop. However looks very well stocked and very helpful staff and advised that they have a lot more skateboards in stock as the weather improves. This shop is tucked away down a side street so worth googling to find it.

   Great selection. Great prices. Excellent customer service. Hassle-free return policy. After browsing snowboarding goggles online, I decided to order a pair from Sail and Ski due to their great selection and prices. Unfortunantly, I do not have a shop like this where I live to try things on before I buy, so I'm stuck orderinging online and hoping for the best. In addition to quickly answering questions about the goggles when I called, returning them to Sail and Ski when they didn't fit was hassle-free and the refund came quickly. I would highly reccomoned Sail and Ski to anyone looking for ski/snowboarding gear, especially those who must order things like this online. I wish we had a shop like Sail and Ski near me!
