   Very poor service, I asked for delivery as we are both housebound and was told they didn't have anyone avaliable to deliver. They also.close on Saturday which must be a problem for people who work full time. I wish I could find a reliable chemist local.to me to deliver.

   Poor service at this pharmacy. Denied the free covid tests for clinically vulnerable even though they listed on government and nhs website as pharmacy to provide them. When collect prescriptions theres always something they forget to put in bag and have to return to collect. Terrible service towards disabled people.

   I have had issues previously when trying to call ahead to see if my prescription was available but this time I had a text message through to say that I could collect it. The pharmacy wasn't open on Saturday (which was correct on the Google information) and is closed at lunchtime which is a bit frustrating for those that work standard hours with same lunch breaks. However collection was quick and easy.

   customers service really bad. phoned to ask 1 of medicines available and pharmacist said yes. when went to pharmacy they didn't have it and when asked i called. pharmacist was really rude.

   Disgusting service I had my vaccine booked for today at 7.55pm I arrived at 7.50pm to see the chemist is closed I'm sure a call to let me know would of be great could of saved my journey...

   Couldnt fault the process or staff. It was so straightforward and quick - longest bit was waiting 15 mins before I could drive! Staff very helpful and friendly. No anxiety for me at all - plenty information available too

   Poor customer service, last time, the lady pharmacist the owner; logged my prescription in the system, then came out and told me it would be ready in a few days as its not in. I needed the medicine now as i was ill, she repiled I cannot take it out the system Now..i argued saying you should have told me, therefore I would have gone else where.terrible service each time I go in NoW...

   Poor customer service, a few months ago I went in to pick up my prescription and was served by a girl who was chatting away on her phone the whole time she was serving me, she attempted to charge me double what I owed as she wasn't paying attention, a few days later I left work to find a voice mail on my phone from the manager of the chemist telling me to call back urgently regarding my prescription, I was terrified thinking that there was something wrong with the medication I had been taking, I called back and she accused me of not paying for my prescription, I told her I had paid and shyr said oh well you didn't tick the box to say you had so remember to do so I future, the girl serving me hadn't told me to tick anything as she was busy talking on the phone, recently I went in to collect my prescription and asked the lady serving what I needed to tick and she said I don't know what do you usually tick? Very unhelpful.
