Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend this place. I never ever write bad reviews but the lady made me feel like dirt to be honest. I brought in some pre bought Jack Pyke work wear to be embroidered for my partners work. There were 10 items and all brand new, half were packaged and half were opened because they had been tried on. I told the lady what it was that I wanted and she agreed, then asked me to sign a form. Which the first line, when I read mentioned hair (I can’t quite remember what it said or how it was worded) but as I looked at some of the opened items I did notice a couple of hairs on the clothing which would have been from trying on, because as I said they were brand new. The label was also attatched by rustic looking string that I noticed had shredded and looked a little like hair. I told the lady that there could be a few hairs and that the tag had left some hair looking strands on the items. She told me that due to staff allergies and that the hair/ shredded string (even though it was very minimal) would a) be a problem if someone who embroidered the clothing had any allergies to dogs and b) it could break their machine. These hairs were minimal, the items had literally been tried on so we could commit to getting them embroidered. I was so embarrassed she made me feel awful, she said in a patronising way how “I’m not being funny” but it did not feel like that. She did say she was happy to take the unopened items but I would rather take our business elsewhere. I dread to think of the persons life who works at this place gets about their day to day life in case they should run into a dog or a dog hair get on them because of their allergies- it must be awful. There must have been 5 small hairs on them max. I have since spoken to another company that have absolutely no problem doing the work, they laughed and hadn’t heard of such nonsense before, after telling them of my experience. Needless to say we would never use these people and we didn’t even get as far to actually using their services but the ladies attitude was vile.
Really great service, and staff were willing to answer all my crazy questions. was able to try on the items before embroidery began and the turn over was prompt. Really happy with the results and the level of detail in them. They kept me up dated on the progress of my order, which gave me great piece of mind.
High quality end product, huge range of items to pick from and the staff are helpful and friendly endeavouring to help you realise your vision. All the garments we purchased are hard wearing, and trust me they get some abuse! After being caked with mud and washed on a almost daily basis, the print is still perfect. Can not thank Darts enough for their quality of service and support.
What an amazing company. Their customer service was fantastic and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the embroidery and the fleeces are very warm. I would highly recommend Darts to all family and friends and I will be continuing to use them in the future.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! Dreadful experience with this business. Shoddy embroidery that was far from straight or centred and a very unprofessional response when kindly asked if they would correct it. I am now left with merchandise that cannot be sold and a charity is out of pocket by a considerable amount, shame on you Darts.
