Went to Chester store today was followed around shop not left alone and then no way to pay either card or voucher not good experience after travelling 20 miles

We visited on 24/05/25 - the two guys in the shop , Jack and we didn't get the other guys name were amazing to say the least. A credit to American golf - they were knowledgeable, incredibly helpful and polite. 100% would return due to their customer service, a true credit to the company!
Rina and the team are very knowledgeable and went well out of their way to call others stores to supply me with a new putter which had limited stock due to popularity. My only criticism is the stickers used which is a brand standard on golf club shafts, they are annoyingly difficult to remove the sticky residue, however the service in store easily allows a 5-star review.

Purchased a new driver today. Alex guided me through, spent plenty of time focused on making sure it was the right one for me. Lots of focus on analysis of swing to get the best setting for my needs, not just about making a sale. Genuinely very pleased I came to American golf today.
Bought a pair of Nike shoes, trousers & a top. The two female sales staff were very helpful and informative. It makes a change to get such good service from a national retailer. I would definitely shop there again. P.S. sales lady I hope I don't need my waterproof gloves in Ireland next week!
Very welcoming staff who are willing to spend time with the customer to discover their needs, and provide best advice. Had a fitting with Poppy and very patiently reviewed lots of different options to find best fit for my game. Exceptional service which I'm sure I will re-visit in the future.
