   Had a really lovely experience at Vue Cinema, Romford. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the Christmas decorations added a special festive charm that instantly put us in a good mood. The screens are big, the sound is immersive, and the seats are comfortable enough to truly relax and enjoy the film. The cinema was clean and well organised, making the whole visit feel smooth and enjoyable. A great place to unwind and soak in the Christmas spirit while watching a movie!

   Fantastic service from Jakub at Vue Cinema! Jakub was absolutely brilliant during our visit. He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly attentive while serving food, making the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving customers great service. The food was served quickly, everything was presented perfectly, and Jakub made sure we had everything we needed before the film started. His positive attitude and professionalism really stood out—he turned a simple snack run into a genuinely pleasant experience. Huge thanks to Jakub for making our cinema trip even better. Vue Cinema is lucky to have someone like him! Highly recommended!

   Generally a nice typical cinema with big screens and good picture and sound quality. I very quickly had my ticket scanned by a staff member at the bottom of the escalators and I went up to screen 3, but it's in need of a refurb. I had to change seats as the one I had had a big tear on the padding (C9). One of the side lights was not working as well so that needs some attention, but not a problem for the most part as they're switched off during the film. Overall a good experience.

   Very nice clean and comfortable place to watch movies, staff are very helpful, you get free 4 hours worth of parking but you have to make sure you park in multi storey carpark and validate parking at kiosk where you buy pop corn.

   This is a great cinema for prices, location and food. It's definitely improved since its been refurbished although the queues are so long for waiting. More staff on release dates of marvel films is needed.

   What can i say. The cinema was what you expect from a modern picture house All touch screen purchases for tickets and food, drink. Ample parking. Escalators , ramps and lifts. Easy access for all abilities. My first time to the Cinema for some years. Would highly recommend.

   Nice big screens. Prices are decent for the films. Parking is non refundable on evening and weekend showings which is annoying. A little walk from car park to the cinema entrance, fine for most but might be worth considering if you are going with infants or elderly.

   There is plenty of parking and you will be refund the parking cost when there are 2 paying adults using the cinema. Food and drink are available here and sweets as per the picture. Nice night out.
