My wife and I went for a gait analysis and Mervin was super helpful. They took the time to explain what kind of shoe we’d need and brought out 3 to 4 pairs to try different brands to see what fit best. Would recommend to anyone thinking of going.
Runner received excellent customer service from Matthew. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Took the time to listen to my running experience and requirements. He ensured I was able to get a gait analysis even though I had not booked one. He carried out the analysis using several different shoes to ensure I had the perfect shoe for me.
I visited the Cotswold store in Liverpool city centre today. I last went about 6 weeks ago to find that both the escalator and lift were broken. This meant that a member of my party could not access the store due to the large number of stairs. At the time I complained both to the staff in store and emailed the head office. What was the point? When I visited today the escalator and lift were still not working. This seems to be a company that seemingly does not recognise its obligations regarding disabled access or does not care. As we were leaving I observed with sadness another party having the same problem. Really not good enough.
Always walked past here but never been inside. It's a shame really as their collection is incredible! Lots of different brands to choose from and some decent items on the sales rack too
