Iβd give it 0 stars if I could. I find it so unprofessional how staff members wonβt Iβd for movies. Then suddenly out of the blue they want to start ID everyone on a random Sunday. Itβs not fair on customers just because one day you want to actually do your job. Maybe if you had always abided by your rules, customers wouldnβt be mislead for not needing id.

Watched film in screen two, nice sized cinema with comfortable seats, sound was way too loud. First and obvious issue, Β£8 for a regular slushy!! Everything food and drink wise was ridiculously over priced, Sat in foyer for a few minutes before going in to cinema, floor and tables were filthy, going into the screen was no better, seats were dirty with sticky grime, I would not visit this cinema again, it clearly has no respect for customers.

Β£4 for a bottle of lipton. That is what i'll always remember about my visit when I went to see Tron Ares. Cinema was clean and seats comfy. Shame the food and drink is extortionate prices.

My wife is disabled, so we booked the wheelchair seats at top of cinema 6. The staff were most helpful assisting us in the lift and making sure the toilet was unlocked. The cinema seating arrangement was superb, clean and very comfortable. A member of staff then helped us back to the lift. Congratulations to staff members and a big thank you to them, sorry I didnβt get their names. A very pleasant experience and a good film.

From reading through previous reviews that have been posted recently.. it seems Vue Thurrock has cleaned up its act.. we visited on a Sunday evening, and it was not as dirty as others have described.. mind you, I can only speak for the foyer, ladies toilets, and screen 8! The customer service skills of the young staff could be improved.. no smiles, disinterested.. not happy if you approach a till which, "only accepts card," if you're wanting to pay with cash, and then you can actually feel the eye rolls if you have to move down three tills, to a till that does accept cash.. even if you are mid film and you are the only person there to be served! I saw a comment about being served by "Kevin the teenager" they were not wrong! Accept most of the staff i saw, had long hair, or a cap sat atop a nest of hair, with the peak pulled down over their face, they've just been left to their own devices i think.. We thoroughly enjoyed the film and VIP seats.. we would go back, just keep on cleaning up your act!

Really nice seats In row F COMFY CHAIRS ,CUP HODLER AND SMALL TABLE. perfect for popcorn and a tango ice blast!, It is worth paying that little bit extra for comfort if it's along film . We saw avatar way of water which was a 3 hour film. We definitely wouldn't of lasted in the other seats. Thankyou Vue. Prices are a little high. But everywhere is at the moment.

Our first visit to this cinema in a while. Firstly, the car park which used to be next to the cinema has gone, and you have to walk from the undercover multi storey car park. The cinema itself was very quiet with very few people there. I know other reviews said that the staff were miserable, however, we found them very friendly. The cinema was clean and tidy. We bought our extortionately expensive popcorn...Β£6.50 for small bucket and Β£7.00 for large. We sat down to watch the film and I had to put my coat back on as it was so cold in there. The film was 3 hours long and it was a lot less enjoyable as we were freezing cold and not comfortable at all. Half way through the film I went out to speak to staff and tell them about the temperature and the comment I got was "is it...that's not good" but nobody came in to check and the temperature remained the same albeit the foyer was lovely and warm where the staff were working. Shame as this spoilt the experience considerably.

A nice and a affordable place for a cinema. But I guess the staff need to pay a bit more attention specially the ones in the till.was charged individually for each item bought even though specified that I wanted the combo deal. Also the freestyle coca machine was unavailable as everything was out. The screening was good with good sound and everything else expected.

The movie was in theatre 7, the min you walk in the place smells stuffy and smells. The chairs are too old..some handles are broken. It's really annoying and uncomfortable to watch a 3hour movies in a stuffy room..please do better

Obviously there are pro and cons. Prices are as low as 5 GBP for seating in front. 2D Screen is good and compare able to other cinema. We found it very busy as compared to other cinema. But it needs some attention as not very clean and seats needs to be re-done.
