Brought two jackets from north face on paradise street about 2 days ago and absolutely great customer service from neve/niamh (hope it’s spelt right) Would definitely recommend and will be purchasing soon again! Great quality clothing

It was clean and well presented. I love Liverpool and the city. I was a little disappointed with the product range on offer compared to stores like The Trafford Centre, the staff were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable.

Great, approachable staff that welcome you when you enter the store. Great variety of items. Can be a bit expensive, but quality is top-notch.

It no wonder the humble shop is going out of fashion with people who prefer to buy on line with the customer service I had to endure with my son today , my 15year old lad has been saving for weeks for a jacket that was reduced in your shop today £150 of his hard earned money was handed over to one of your colleagues who couldn't be bothered to end his call and continued to chat with his colleague rather than engage with the person who pays his wage, barely said thanks for the sale ....if it was me I'd invest the £150 the teenager into customer service so the from the lad so you have a job in 6 months
The staff obviously feel valued by the company, it really shows in the customer service, absolutely amazing. Great products should always have staff like this to advise and assist customers, and I’ll definitely be going back there next time I’m shopping for my next adventure. I like that they take items off the display mannequins, unlike some other shops.
