Great service. Shipped same day and arrived in two days and exactly what was ordered. Already fitted. I needed a window blind replacement for a motorhome door which had been superseded with a design change. It was lucky that Jacksons had one available. I would use them again.

Absolutely terrible company. Spent over £1000 on windows that ALL turned out to be out of stock, even though the website had them showing as in stock. Then told there’d be a restoCK early November. I asked for an update on my order 10 days ago (30th Oct), no response… It’s now the 9th Nov…and not a dickie bird. Jackson’s Leisure will not be getting any more of my money. It’s a real shame as I’m right at the start of this build. They could have had so much more business… This is not the way to win repeat business!
I ordered a wheel arch fridge which was delivered by a pleasant delivery driver who was very helpful. We wanted to change the way the door opened but the handle didn't fit on the opposite side. I contacted Jacksons and they sent out the handle I needed the next day. I am very happy with the fridge, its quieter than I expected and Jacksons have been excellent to deal with. Highly recommended company
Visited Jacksons on a Friday afternoon one hour before closing with a long shopping list and lots of questions. Mike was so helpful and so lovely- nothing was a bother for him. Phoned for capacitor info. Phoned looking for information on a new capacitor for my waeco fridge. They don't have any in stock, however Nick sent me a technical diagram of my fridge and a link to a place where there may be a suitable part. He was friendly and very helpful.
