Do not buy hats from this company. I bought a hat which didn't fit, and when looking for the returns process saw from the t&c's that they do not accept returns on hats, this was not mentioned anywhere in the hat listing or checkout process. Postage also took over a week, with them waiting 5 days to dispatch the order.
Couldn’t ask for a better company to deal with, I ordered an LED breastplate for my 19hh shire, I wasn’t sure if it would fit him as it says it fits horses up to 17.2, after a discussion with Nicky who told me they were very big, I agreed to buy it with the guarantee of being able to return it if it didn’t fit, I also purchased the LED hat band for my daughters hat. The breastplate is huge and fits perfectly I’ve attached it to his existing breast plate. We are now visible for all to see. I absolutely love this it. I will definitely order from this company again, hassle free and excellent customer service.
I have bought several equine products from Equisafety and they are truly fantastic. The Polite range is particularly effective at slowing down traffic. I rode out with my friend on a fairly busy rural road, and she was incredibly impressed at how the traffic slowed right down as soon as the Polite outfit came into view. Equisafety products are well made from good quality materials and offer a comfortable fit for horse and rider, and are excellent value for money. I strongly recommend them to everyone who rides.
I was lucky enough to win the Aspey Coat in a competition. I absolutely love the coat - it is comfortable, well fitted and keeps me really warm, especially now the temperature has dropped. Would recommend to anyone looking for a warm high-vis jacket.
