   Had a brief but frustrating interaction with a condescending staff member who assumed I couldn’t afford to spend £150 on shoes and told me to shop outside of Knutsford. When I looked unfazed after she told me the shoes cost around “150” she felt the need to clarify that she was referring to pounds. Sadly you’ll find this kind of snobbery quite common in Knutsford in general…

   Good outdoor clothing and knowledge, helpful, friendly staff. Sadly let down by their equipment suppliers, whose till would not permit the staff to honour a £10 promotional gift card "with no minimum spend" on any purchase under £20.

   Excellent products, I've been buying Rohan clothes for years now. They are a tad more expensive than your run of the mill walking clothes but they're by far better quality. The Rohan shops are always run by friendly staff. Can't fault them. My advise is give them a try.. they don't disappoint

   Travelled a fair distance to the Knutsford branch on a Sunday. Web said it was open from 11-4pm. It was shut. Aargh! Clothes are amazing but please update your web if opening times change.

   Excellent customer service needed to get to the shop to pick up an order before it closed due to tier 4 restrictions coming into place. Katie was extremely helpful on the phone and said someone would be there for me even if I was running a few minutes later than closing hugely appreciated

   Excellent shop excellent range of Rohan and also some shoes and boots. Very helpful knowledgeable staff. Garments can be ordered for you to try on or put on one side. Fitting rooms are available.
