I've all ways found this pharmacy to give a very friendly efficient service. yes they can be busy sometimes but all pharmacies in worcester are the same, I've used four or five now and this one has the friendliest helpful staff than all the rest put together.
Atrocious, if I could leave zero I would! I have been on hold now for 42 minutes, which is ridiculous in itself!! Service is generally pretty slow but this is appalling you can’t get through to order a repeat prescription! How inaccessible can you make it, so you have to physically go down to get it!! I will be moving where I get them from!!
Been trying now for a week to get through to put my prescription in and they just stick me on bloody hold I av no transport and suffer with back legs and spine problems so can’t get out I have no family to help me so now I’m completely out of medication
Popped in to ask if Pharmacist could look at an insect bite I had which was looking suspect. Waited no more than 5 minutes to have a personal consultation with the Pharmacist after which I was issued with antibiotics. Brilliant service and highly recommended.
It was an alright pharmacy but recently it’s gone downhill. Got sent there to pick up my prescription but they didn’t have it in stock, and hadn’t for a while as “they didn’t need it”. Also it says it’s open until 8pm but got there and it’s closed? I couldn’t pick it up earlier because of work. Once again, it’s closed before it says. UPDATE YOUR TIMES ON GOOGLE!!! I really need my prescription as things are getting worse but I can’t seem to get it!
Now Peak Pharmacy. Terrible service - they recently had a lot of building work and I thought it may make them more efficient but instead, around a dozen ill people can queue inside like today, while another line forms outside. I went to collect a prescription that the doctor sent two days ago. After queuing for ten minutes, not ready!!! After a facelift you'd not expect sellotaped signs on the wall and the door is still as slow to open as the service it reveals within!!!!
Very poor service placed my prescription on the Thursday a week before I had to drive down as many times I tried to call phone line always busy, went down to collect a week later to be told they did not have it, a phone call to advise it was out of stock would of been nice apparently they do not call to advise items are out or even ordering it in when I placed my prescription so it's ready will be changing where I collected my medication from now on
Always have to wait. I order via NHS app....typically on a Sunday, give it a couple of days for the doctors to approve. Often I'll collect on a Thursday or Friday and still be told 'just preparing now'. 20 min wait is typical....
Well ... frustrated and exhausted after yesterday's attempts trying to get an answer - 9am until 945pm - constantly engaged. BUT that all melted away when an extremely pleasant and polite young lady answered the phone at approximately 8.15am this morning. She took details very efficiently and when I advised her about my attempts yesterday - she sincerely apologised - I was impressed to say the least.
