   Staff here are always rushed off their feet and they're so lovely. I've been prescribed medicine that's been cheaper to buy over the counter and their resident pharmacist will actually recommend that instead. People who don't register their cars - There are signs everywhere inside and outside the pharmacy so rating low because of that is a little reduculous. Only qualm I really have is their opening times are slim. I think it's a staffing issue that's cut down their hours, but they're closed all weekend and during lunch times so it can be really tough for a 9-5 worker to pick up a prescription. On top of this, we've been refused medicine in the past because there hasn't been a pharmacist present who can dispense certain medications. It's quite lucky we live within walking distance, but I'd feel bad for anyone who had to travel far to pick up their medication just to be told they've got to come back in a few hours.

   Never visit this place. I went to this pharmacy in an emergency situation and forgot to log in my car registration, I've only park there for 20 minutes get parking penalty which I'm not aware of. No previous notification. Long story short almost 2 years later got a letter from DCBL for unpaid court judgement saying that I owed their client (Civil Enforcement Ltd) a £300. I called the pharmacy and explained, they don't want to know. Very rude.

   Recently switched to this pharmacy after using a local supermarket one for years. Parking is great, the staff are always really friendly and helpful - and this was the only pharmacy that could get my medication in so quickly, hence the switch. Will stay with them now!

   I visited today and the staff were very helpful, the pharmacist in particular was very kind and understanding, he assessed my sore throat and I was able to get a prescription under the pharmacy first scheme. I am truly grateful I didn’t have to get a GP appointment and believe I got a top rate comprehensive service of care. Thank you

   I call to try and get some urgent advice and enquire if a prescription had arrived. The phone rang and rang. When I went to the pharmacist I tried calling again and to my horror the staff stood around chatting just looked at the telephone. Disgusting for an NHS service.

   Lovely staff, worryingly flawed service. I can deal with the very long waiting time but they've struggled to refill my repeat prescription (of 5 years) so many times I walk in expecting trouble. Often they say its the GP surgery fault but I've changed GP surgeries and the same issues continue...lost, can find, didn't receive and the worst one by far...."oh I think we gave it to another patient!" As an RN this makes me very anxious for anyone going through this pharmacy. Management must sort out their communication systems for safety sake.

   This chemist has got to be the worst on earth every time I try to help a elderly sick person get their prescriptions it's impossible. They never answer the phone also very unhelpful, they have agreements to deliver these prescriptions and plenty of time but no they can't manage to do that. Even if someone went into their shop to collect the prescription they say they can't get these items that are essential. It's a disgrace so now they are having to change to another chemist more reliable.

   Long waits. Never answer the phone. Have been taken over by another group and facility to order repeat prescriptions lost without any warning. Very frustrating. Also have to now remember to enter car reg. to avoid getting a parking fine.
