   I had the chance to work with Kuba for 10 months. Honestly, I never believed therapy could do much—I didn’t think it could help me understand myself better, accept who I am, or even get in touch with my own values. But he changed that. He was actually the fifth psychologist I had a first session with, and somehow, from the very start, I felt this was the right fit. I’m genuinely grateful for every session we had and the support I received. It made a real difference. If you’re thinking about therapy, I couldn’t recommend him more—it’s truly worth it.

   Kuba was my therapist for more then 6 months and helped to successfully manage and recover from anxiety and other issues I had! He helped me to understand how to manage emotions during difficult life periods. He is very understanding, not pushy and always give you a choice for different routes therapy might go. He is also very comforting and I was very comfortable and open to talk to him about private topics. I would definitely recommend Kuba as as therapist! Thank you, Kuba!

   I worked with Kuba for a period of about 7 months and I can honestly say it's been life changing. I have had issues with anxiety for a long time, but these spiraled following Covid lock down, to the point where I was having panic attacks going back into the office (I'd been working from home for 2 years) and trouble facing even basic tasks. The sessions were over video, which actually worked really well for me. He has a great way of really listening and explaining things and adapting the sessions to your needs. I found the mix of practical exercises and understanding what is going on in your mind and body extremely helpful. I am in a much better place now, and functioning well at home and at work. I regularly check in with the notes from the sessions to make sure I'm keeping on track. Would highly recommend the service.

   After nearly a year of therapy, I can truly say that Kuba has been a pleasure to work with and has certainly helped me make significant positive changes in my life. Initially, I was struggling with issues such as social anxiety and questions of identity, Kuba has given me the space to explore these ideas and helped develop my understanding allowing me to deal with them in a healthy way. Kuba is very knowledgeable and extremely patient, he really listens to what you have to say and doesn’t try to push a particular agenda – as some therapists do! The therapy room in Leeds is conveniently located and is clean and comfortable. My time with Kuba has really helped redefine my perspective on life for the better and I feel far more equipped to deal with any problems that might be thrown my way. From my experience, I would highly recommend Kuba for anyone looking for therapy services!

   Kuba is a lovely person to work with. I have tried therapy before and found it very difficult to build rapport and trust the professional I was speaking to. Kuba has a way of making you feel 100% listened to, and individualising your sessions to your needs exactly. I have found his sessions invaluable in helping me. The therapy style was always tailored to exactly what and how I wanted to focus on my problems, including whether or not I wanted more or less structure. I have made lots of progress that I did not think I could - in such a short space of time! Very very happy :)
