   First visit, Katy listened, questioned and definitely understood my problems.After some physical tests, she took me through a program of excercise positions for me to work on at home ready for a follow up visit. I beIieve my joint pains will diminish and my fitness will improve after many months of discomfort and walking limitation. I cannot speak highly enough of the treatment I received.

   Joined beginners class having not done pilatese for some years. Tutors very welcoming and assisted with my limitations very well. Calm warm atmosphere with friendly staff and clients. Having previous joint surgery was nervous but exercise good and balance improving all the time.

   Highly recommend. The amount of pain I have been in with my back and Katy has been fantastic with me. Her knowledge is amazing and slowly but surely I feel like I am gaining some confidence back. I can’t thank her enough for her continued support. You need to pay them a visit for any aches or niggles. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

   Lyndsey did wonders with my back years ago, now I'm older I am getting stiffer all over, so I booked a course of Pilates. Feel really safe in that I am not expected to work above my flexibility. As I already knew, she has an excellent knowledge of the body and great instruction. Forgot to mention how I feel really good not just physically after.. but it improves my mood too!

   I have thoroughly enjoyed and benefitted from the Pilates classes offered both in person (and able to be accessed online too, which is a great bonus if you have to miss one or two) . Lynsey carefully talks you through and demonstrates each move offering progression through levels where appropriate. Nice studio and friendly atmosphere .

   The building is lovely with high vaulted ceilings and beautiful calming colours and decor. I attend Pilates classes here with various instructors who are all lovely people and very knowledgable, I love the session , they are the best I have ever been to and they have not only improved my flexibility and fitness but do wonders for my mental health, I couldn’t recommend these classes enough.
