   i don’t normally write reviews, however i came in today with my autistic daughter who struggles with her speech. This particular member of staff was absolutely amazing with her, so kind and patient. Not to mention the desserts were delicious, will be coming again

   Honestly, I would call this place a joke but it’s not even funny. They took their time with delivery, when it arrived I had accidentally requested payment by cash instead of card and the delivery had walked away, I checked and realised it was cash I was trying to call the restaurant but the delivery driver returned extremely aggressive, punching my door, swearing and shouting and threatening to kick my door down. When I managed to call the restaurant I complained and the ‘manager’ if you can him that, just made excuses for his behaviour, took no responsibility over his driver and had the audacity to call me rude. I do have the footage of this from my doorbell camera. Absolute disgrace.

   I paid £8.30 for cookie dough with milk chocolate sauce and strawberries, but when I opened it there was barely anything in the tin. For that price, I expected a much more generous portion. On top of that, the staff’s attitude and the overall atmosphere made it feel like they just wanted to get rid of you.

   Staff don’t were any hair nets or gloves, one girl with long extensions with her hair down, a couple of the staff members went for a smoke while I was waiting and didn’t wash their hands and continued to prep my food with their bare unwashed hands.also my partner ordered a cake with all sorts of peanut stuff on, she prepared that (no gloves or utensils) and used her finger to scoop peanut butter off the spoon! She gave us a cash refund and again didn’t wash her hands before going to prep more food.

   Had from here multiple times all usually consistent, however the last 2 times food seems to be hit or miss, waffles and cookie dough meant to come with gelato but didn’t….. disappointing

   Absolute rip off, fresh kinder waffle, with nutella and 3 pieces of kinder beauno cut in half, for £7, not as advertised at all. Dont waste your money here!

   Got our order wrong as there was a few bits missing from it, rang them straight up and told them we had some bits missing to be told wl they have shut for the night now so nothing they could do about it! I said i literally got my food 1 minute ago and its wrong to be told to ring the next day! No apology no nothing So the cake i ordered (with pouring cream) had no cream, the cookie dough had no ice cream even tho the menu states that it would, and the sticky toffee pudding was dry and cold Super disappointed in this place after tonight

   Their shakes are really nice, I had a Gold Digger which is a Ferrero Roché milkshake and lord it was good! Bit on the expensive side but their menu is great. Best desert place in Chesterfield. Almost as good as a Five Guys milkshake! 9/10 would highly recommend
