   We want to give a big shout out to Kelly, as her care for our cat has been above and beyond trying to diagnose a complex condition. Also the other vets we have seen are all caring too. We have been to several vets over the years and we are so lucky to have (by chance after trying to get an emergency appointment) found here. Very much recommended to look after your furry loved ones.

   Brilliant vets, cannot recommend Vlad enough for people with birds :) extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to explain and advise. Receptionist staff are all very welcoming too. I would highly recommend this practice, especially to those with birds.

   I switched to this practice after being with a practice which was taken over by one of these huge vet conglomerates, although they didn't have the courtesy to inform their clients. I found out by accident but it did explain why suddenly I never saw the same vet twice. My increasing dissatisfaction with their service and reduced surgery hours led me to look for an alternative which was not part of some mega-practice, had a lot of in-house skills and was not too far from my home. I was pleased when I found MacArthur Barstow & Gibbs. They have been very helpful in dealing with various problems faced by my aging labrador. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is possible to make an appointment at whichever branch is most convenient. I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and experienced veterinary practice.

   We came in today with our 9wk old puppy into the Droitwich practice. We had a very comprehensive check-up free of charge with a lovely knowledgeable lady. We are now registered with the practice and have signed up for their very reasonably priced monthly pet healthcare plan. Such a great first experience.
