   Always been really slow on shipping and never sends tracking, then blamed me for not receiving. But this last order of £150 they've simply refused to send the item, completely ignored me and/or lied about its location. Promised a refund in 5-7 working days which they've now missed by over 2 weeks, completely ignoring all emails. Tried to get my bank involved but the company supposedly is in so much debt that funds can't be retrieved due to so many open cases against them. Utter shambles of a company. Avoid at all costs.

   Avoid at all costs! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Please do not make the mistake I made. This is my experience with this company. April 2nd I ordered two products from Lift and Press totalling £350. April 20th I email them asking for an update on my order because nothing was delivered. There were back and forth emails like this with Michael Johnson who was initially helpful and assured me the products would be with me soon. May 7th, I requested a refund as the time it was taking for me to receive my items was unacceptable. Again Michael Johnson appeared to be accommodating and assured me I would receive a refund. Back and forth emails sent enquiring the status of my refund until the 25th of May. Then the emails I was sending were being ignored. I have resorted to opening up a small claims case against Lift and Press which is ongoing and I would urge other customers to do the same. After reading other google reviews it would seem my experience mirrors other customers, please do not fall victim to these scam artists and look elsewhere.

   I received items of poor quality and arranged a return of the items accordingly, Michael Johnson was very accommodating at first, arranged the return of the items and confirmed they had been returned in February 2023. Still no sign of my money being refunded 4 months later and has ceased all communication with me! I have emailed multiple times and raised a query via the contact form on the website. Very disappointed that I hadn’t read the other bad reviews on Trust Pilot first before ordering. Buyers be wary!

   I don’t like to give companies negative reviews unduly so, I will give the facts of my poor review On Lift & Press I ordered off Lift & Press on 31st March 2023 I still not had received anything by 13th April 2023 so I sent an email asking what was going on, that’s when I got a tracking number. I received the item on the 21st April 2023 damaged and looking in poor condition, I took pictures and contacted them again. They seemingly were handling it well explaining it was probably damaged in transit and I would be sent another free of charge next day. This was Friday so it would probably be the following Tuesday, that came and went no replacement came. Then I sent another email on 27th April 2023 asking what was going on, no response. Then 2nd May 2023 I sent yet another email asking the same question, no response. Then on the 10th May 2023 I got an email from them very apologetic explaining the were playing catchup after the bank holiday and I was told I would get a tracking information within 24 hours and that I would definitely receive the item by the end of the week, all very feasible. Roll on a week later and guess what, no replacement item! I except things can go wrong ordering online but how a company handles things afterwards, separates the good from the bad. Sadly I feel this company falls into the later. The strange thing is that all the other negative reviews echo what I have said in getting a damaged or lost items resent out. I think I have given up on this company a shame really, they have some interesting items on their website.

   Can only rate as 1 star from my experience. Ordered equipment on 11th February with nothing received. After emails back and forward with Michael and informed the courier was to blame... seems to be a common excuse tbh. Mentioned about a refund but was made aware he was going to send a 3rd time with DPD. When asked about a tracking number from DPD which there should be one, I've had zero reply and now being ignored.

   My order suffered multiple problems with couriers and refund systems, but none of this was the fault of the business. They were easy to contact by email and worked hard to resolve all the problems as quickly as possible. Really happy with the kit I received - great quality, and great value. Would definitely order from these guys again.

   Very unhappy with delivery, items lost, not received, cancelled and never refunded. Some of the stuff they sell is OK quality for the budget buyers, some is pretty bad. It's a shame since I liked their idea.

   Bought for my home gym and its been amazing so far cable system easy to put up and quality is as good as you'd find in the gym! Nylon cable held up great and iv been using it with some serious weight on!!
