I visited the Nantwich Naylor store and had a fantastic experience. I received excellent customer service from two lovely ladies Kirsty and Jayne. They were super helpful and gave excellent service. I can highly recommend visiting this store and obtaining assistance from these ladies.
This is a great shop with lots of choice and today had some great sales. But for me the standout was the staff. I rang earlier in the day to see if they had a rug in stock and they couldn't have been more helpful. In store all the staff were really friendly and went above and beyond to help me. My boy is very happy with his new outfit thank you ! I'll be back for me next time!

Top quality Equestrian store, with absolutely top quality staff! Kirsten was especially great with our little boy today, and everyone else was brilliant too! Definitely our favourite equestrian shop.
Staff are very friendly and super helpful, the store is well stocked and the layout makes it really easy to find what you are looking for. Also must mention how clean and tidy the store is.

It was my first time visiting this place and I had high hopes, however, the stock wasn't as good as I'd expected, stuff was in the wrong places, not everything was priced, it was a bit disorganised. Not as good as other local saddleries
They have some nice clothes and accessories for humans, horses and dogs. It's nice that the shop is dog friendly too. We went during a sale event and came out with all sorts of stuff. The little girl in me loved the pony toys for sale, I will be going back to buy my niece something for Christmas. Staff were friendly. No complaints.
