I've been looking for a specific jacket for a while now and found it on Adapt Outdoors at a great price. Super clean online experience, ordered, shipped, received. I would recommend the shop look at their SEO and see how they can push the shop further up the search engine list. However now they are on my radar I'll certainly be using them again. Cheers Guys
First time customer with AdaptOutdoors. Ordered a nice Berghaus jacket. Took only a day to get here and it is exactly as described online. A very pleasant easy online ordering process which is just what I like. Will definitely be buying from here again.
Unfortunately the trainers we ordered had a quality issue that became apparent after 2 wears, I contacted Adapt and the customer service response was extremely quick and efficient - they couldn’t replace the trainer as they had sold out so offered a full refund or a discount refunded to me. Couldn’t fault the service. Just a shame about the quality of the workmanship on the trainer which I fear will affect the longevity of use in the long term. But this is the manufacturers fault rather than the company that sold them. Quick delivery - good value and excellent customer service
Customer service 100% I had to phone customer services and was dealt with by a very pleasant gentleman who answered my query straight away and put my concern over sizing of men’s sliders in context. Great value for these men’s sliders. Would definitely use this company again.
