   Used to be a lovely place I took my frenchie her for about 6years then picked her up for the last time and it was shocking she smelt so bad she had pop stuck to her she had sore bits as if she had been left in her own wee and pop now my dog is clean she has never made a mess in the house so she must of been left for days without been let out I put her straight in the bath with the shower head over her and the water was running pure wee disgusting place needs closing down :( shame as used to be lovely

   My dog, Rusty, is always pleased to visit Moss Kennels. He is great friends with the owners and staff and shows he is pleased to see them. He returns well fed, clean and happy. I have been using these kennels for over 10 years.

   Sorry, but please avoid this Kennel. I had simply asked a question, regarding charging for potentially half a day, and I was going to book 4 nights anyway, to be very rudely asked whether I was messing around. It was legitimate question. You're supposed to answer questions, you are a business. I do not need to know whether you paid £38 for a curry. I thought he was joking. Maybe if those attending the phone, could improve their customer service, then you would have more customers. It's sad, because I am local, and sent my cat here twice. Never again. You lost a customer.

   Absolutely disgusted at the way my dogs have come out of here, I used to rate this kennels so much that my dogs have been here every year for the past 5 years. Sadly since the other lady hasn't been there this place has gone downhill and this year will be the last, I picked my dogs up and they was bought to me from the outside kennels (pouring with rain it was) they was drenched, dirty and stink of poo even their white parts were brown, windows in car open all the way home and straight in the bath, I then find that one of my dogs has many cuts all over her nose head and paws. They are only getting 1 star so I could post this review or it would be no stars.

   place needs to be seen for what it is and more owners need to be checking where their dogs are actually staying before leaving them there. To many dogs leaving here saturated in urine or confided the while time their in their care. Discusting . Place needs closing down has gone really down hill since a few members of staff have left.

   Can't really say much, paid for the week and got called to get my dog back after 2 days because he was upset there and didn't get any sort of a refund, so I lost out I guess, at least my dog was happier at home. And can't say I was impressed with their slip choke leads they used, my dog never has them, no wonder he didn't like the place.
