Fabulous campsite, friendly staff and amazingly warm and clean toilet/shower block. A stones throw from Wolverley village with the lovely Gils coffee shop and also located next to the canal for a walk into Cookley.

Lovely quiet campsite, the washing facilities were spotlessly clean at all times and lovely and warm. Campsite is quite dark at night so I would recommend taking a torch, if you need to use the facilities during the night. There is a small shop on site, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay! Great place, super tidy and quiet even over the weekend, The facilities were spotless, and there’s a pub, café, and mini-golf all nearby, with the canal within walking distance. There are loads of activities in the area. We originally booked for three nights but ended up staying an extra night because it was so peaceful.

Lovely site right on top of the canal with cycle paths. Several pubs and tea rooms within easy walking distance and large recreation park next door. Only downside is the proximity to a busy road that can be a little noisy during the day.

Stayed here for a long weekend, friendly wardens on arrival, and was given the choice of remaining pitches. Washrooms are clean as you would expect from the CC&C club site, smallish site with dog walking field just outside the gates. Nice walk along the canal into Kidderminster. Also, a nice walk into Cooksley the opposite way with a couple of pubs in. Lock inn and the old smithy tearooms short walk away.Wifi and phone connection good. Overall, it's a nice site with some good walks. It was well worth a visit.

A very warm welcome even though we arrived in the dark. Our friends had arrived earlier in the day so our pitch had our name on it so an easy decision on location. The pitch was level so as soon as we were positioned it was a quick set up. We went out for breakfast in Bewdley but one of the local pubs does what looked like an awesome breakfast on a Saturday morning (The Queens Head) we went for a afternoon stroll and stopped off at the Lock Inn and continued to the Queens Head. We always like to support local communities when we are away. We returned to the Queens Head for our evening meal … was superb and totally recommend. The site is great and I’m sure we will return in the future … a big thank you.

Great site. Facilities spotless at all times of year day. Over the Bank Holiday it seemed to be overcrowded in some parts with units close together or right on the road. Very well place site for many attractions. Handy pub and tearooms on the canal.

We stopped over here for a night without the ability to book in advance and the staff, from the get go were incredible. No fuss or bother and got us on a pitch as quickly as possible to let the kids and dogs out of the car. Pitches are very well maintained, flat and comfortably spaced. There is a huge dog walking area right at the entrance. You can see it was a WW2 barack and training/parade ground. We aren't going to have a chance to investigate but there seems to be lots to do in the area.
