“I booked an emergency appointment today as I had snapped a tooth and was in some pain. The receptionist was lovely, as was the dentist and dental nurse. They recognised I was anxious and were really gentle and supportive. Thank you so much !”

“I telephoned this morning describing our problem of a cracked roof tile letting in water. The correct tiles were delivered to us some 15miles away by 1pm. The charge for tiles and delivery was very reasonable. Helpful friendly staff. We are very happy with the service we have been given”

“Really nice clean park with plenty of space even when it was busy the day we went. Great for families and it is quite flat for those with any mobility problems. There is a small cafe there for light bites and good range of refreshments. They even offer a loyalty card for regular users. Fresh tasting coffee and reasonable prices.”

“What great customer service. A few weeks ago Tom helped us choose a new audio unit , he was so helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble, great service thank you . We had the unit fitted by Steve , again super professional and friendly, informed me of what was completed and why . Really can fault the service we had on our motor home. Five stars , thanks”

“We attended my grandsons 1st birthday party there . The room was a great venue to hold such an event , there was a small soft play area for toddlers and babies with plenty of seating for parents . We brought a play tunnel and tent to add to the equipment and we decorated the venue with balloons and added themed touches around the room . The bar was well stocked and the service was friendly . We provided our own buffet style food for the guests and they brought their own drinks , so we can't comment on the pubs own food. The pub is not far from surrounding towns and a nice drive out . A great venue to hold a private event or to just pop in for a drink or two .”

“Have had a pair of their voyage men’s walking shoe for 10 months Used everyday for dog walking they are really comfortable and been completely waterproof throughout They did however develop a small split where the toe bends Like I said these shoes have taken a beating! I actually went down to purchase another pair but asked how good there 12 month guarantee was, The manger said no problem swap them! So friendly and I thought they wouldn’t swap them because they had had so much use but great! Top marks mountain warehouse.”

“My poor little rat, Rue, went to sleep yesterday at companion care. The experience from start to finish was so kind and compassionate. On the phone they were gentle explaining our options, and when we entered the receptionists were so lovely. When we were called in the vet did a check over to make sure it was the right decision which made me feel at ease knowing it was 100% the best choice. The vet explained everything start to finish and was so incredibly patient. She got Rue a blanket and let us spend as much time as we needed with her. Afterwards she was still lovely and reminisced about Rue with us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience within such a sad situation. Everyone working there is understanding and caring. I couldn’t recommend anywhere better.”

“I would just like to say as a regular customer to your cafe in your kidderminster branch how much it has improved in the last few weeks and that is down to the staff that are there at the moment. Especially Raphael and a young man who are currently there, they are polite, friendly and efficient. I think you should advertise it more over the tannoy and give some special offers, its a big comfortable space but is not currently being used to its full potential.”

“WOW!!! Having been let down on several occasions from our long standing groomers we booked here. What a fabulous experience!! Our Belle is a nervous dog so we were anxious. When we entered we immediately felt at ease, such a fuss was made of Belle, staff were so friendly and it was obvious they adored dogs. When we collected Belle she looked amazing, sounds crazy but she looked 5 years younger. She had been shaved ( first time ever ) tail shaped and ears trimmed. We opted for the spa treatments and were so happy with the results. A brand new style of cut. Will recommend to all our doggy friends, this groom room is a little gem.”

“We attended a wedding celebration here recently. The venue itself was magnificent. Plenty of rooms to sit and chill or have a snooze in the warm. There was a lovely dining area for a formal dinner. It fits quite alot of tables and chairs. Also plenty of room in the walled gardens for entertaining and such like. Also outside of the walled gardens was another huge garden for larger activities (football, Olympics!) The only down side is how much it costs to hire for a weekend. I was seriously thinking of having my wedding here but couldn't afford the £13000 just for the venue, although you could recoup some costs by charging party guests for overnight rooms”

“Wonderful stay! Great place, super tidy and quiet even over the weekend, The facilities were spotless, and there’s a pub, café, and mini-golf all nearby, with the canal within walking distance. There are loads of activities in the area. We originally booked for three nights but ended up staying an extra night because it was so peaceful.”
