   Gina, Charlotte and Becky are exceptional. My daughters Golden Retriever, Luna, had to be put down due to cancer. They were great with our luna when she was alive and so kind when she passed away 1st August 2025. We're still finding it difficult but my little Maltese girl Coco needs a groom and ive always taken her to them but now she's not going to have her pal Luna with her and it makes us very sad. Still going back soon. Fully recommend the Dream team.They are kind and friendly and they will do exactly what you want them to do when giving your dog a groom. Treat to a spa as well. Thanks Girls you are great.

   WOW!!! Having been let down on several occasions from our long standing groomers we booked here. What a fabulous experience!! Our Belle is a nervous dog so we were anxious. When we entered we immediately felt at ease, such a fuss was made of Belle, staff were so friendly and it was obvious they adored dogs. When we collected Belle she looked amazing, sounds crazy but she looked 5 years younger. She had been shaved ( first time ever ) tail shaped and ears trimmed. We opted for the spa treatments and were so happy with the results. A brand new style of cut. Will recommend to all our doggy friends, this groom room is a little gem.

   My husband and I Visited The Groom Room today without an appointment. The groomer who saw us said that she could clip our chihuahua’s (Pippa) nails to save us going back. This groomer, don’t know her name, (she has long blonde hair) was superb. Our little chi can be feisty …. We put a muzzle on her….she, the groomer, talked to Pip the whole time and handled her with such love and care. Thank you again for an amazing experience.

   Took my Jackapoo for a full groom, very pleased with the result. Professional friendly service. I used a voucher through the pets at home vip scheme. The groom room do a buy 4 grooms get a 5th free which is a great offer.

   Only cut half my dogs nails! He was damp when I collected him and they told me because they had sprayed him with doggy deodorant!!! Lies! Waste of money never again!! Defo do not recommend!!

   My puppy is 18 weeks and 5 days old. I had taken her to the groom room for her second groom. She was perfectly good with the first groom. The second time my dog was ‘snappy’ and scratched the groomer. The groomer didn’t finish the groom and only clipped one paw, and my dog came out damp. Never again.
