“I have just left the Kidderminster store, what a really great experience. I have an issue with my cycle, little or no knowledge and have spoken with a great chap. Edric was so helpful, knew what needed to be done and offered several options. He spent 20 minutes explaining these options to me and has organised the work to be completed and at the cost of twenty pounds! “Clean, well stocked, spacious and very well thought out for scooter users. Staff went out of their way to help me with items out of my reach several times and showed no sign of being irritated by having to stop what they were doing to help me . Staff at this location have worked here for years so I think that the manager must be running a nice working environment for them or we would see staff changes as we do at some other stores .”
