   This is the showcase example of how a store should be run. I have never been anywhere else where the staff are so friendly and helpful. On several times I have been there for fishing tackle and not been sure of what I really need, the staff go out of their way to help and to ensure you buy what you needed and not fob you off with an anything will do attitude. It's all about the customer experience here, not about driving you into a sale. I will travel out of my way to go to this store and cannot praise the staff highly enough. To other customers, if you want first class service and an example of customer care, then visit here. Fantastic range of stock and can be very competitive on pricing, and can also be up for a bit of haggling! 100% positive experience and very highly recommended.

   I have just left the Kidderminster store, what a really great experience. I have an issue with my cycle, little or no knowledge and have spoken with a great chap. Edric was so helpful, knew what needed to be done and offered several options. He spent 20 minutes explaining these options to me and has organised the work to be completed and at the cost of twenty pounds! Fantastic customer service and when the opportunity arises I will certainly return and highly recommend him and the team there. Thank you. Richard.

   An outdoors superstore like we'd never seen before. We camp, hike and cycle so why wouldn't we shop here. The members card is really worth having as you save more than its price the first time you buy.

   Purchased an electric bike from here, was able to test outside and the service from the chap on the bike sales was really good. Got home and found it cheaper from John Lewis and they matched the price and gave another 10% off as part of their price match plus. So in all a great experience and price. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a bike.

   Not too busy, very helpful young man on changing rooms & ladies waterproof trousers. Unfortunately hadn't got the right length. But brought a waterproof coat from Elderly gentleman on tills very chatty & offered to fold it up for me. Well done both a real credit to store.

   Great store just outside Kidderminster with free parking. Plenty of hand gels dotted around the store and at the entrance. Recently had a refurbishment and they have done a cracking job. All the various sports are clearly marked out. Tent area out the back gives you a good gauge of what tent you require for your needs. Sale rail handy to pick up bargains but I do feel even Go Outdoors prices have gone up in recent years. They aren't the bargains a few years ago. Still a good selection of equipment and clothing. Always price match on your phone before you get to the till as they normally match the price online. They also have a click and go section and Amazon lockers to pick up or return goods.
