   I've been here a few times over the years now, and every time I've been there I have had one or multiple of the following: - Had staff follow me around when I'm browsing and I keep catching them in the act. - Staff never seem to know where anything is and clearly hate their jobs there and it reflects on how they treat customers. - When I've had to use the changing room, I've had staff at the counter and other random shoppers watch me over the top of those ridiculously small changing room doors as I'm getting changed - I have to crouch to get any real privacy. - Customers are treated like criminals as soon as they come through the door - and when they walk past according to some other reviews here.

   Brilliant customer service off Greg i believe his name was retuning my faulty trainers today opening times all wrong not just my self but at least 5 people left wait outside for 30 minutes Google opening times and shop front said 9am but they eventually opened the doors at 9.33

   I visited Sports Direct yesterday around 6 PM and had a disappointing experience. The staff member at the counter, a woman, did not seem to care about customers at all. I needed to buy a few clothes and slippers, but when I asked her for help, she appeared to be clueless and I ended up having to find everything on my own. It was not even a busy time, which made the lack of assistance even more frustrating. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future.

   It's ok if you know exactly what you want and you can find a bargain but the shop is not that well organized, no advice or help available. I prefer to use it online.
