We had a positive experience with Relationship Counselling East Anglia. Our counsellor Amy was warm and very insightful. From the start, Amy created a safe, non-judgemental space where both of us felt heard and understood. What stood out most was Amy's ability to ask thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions. Amy didn’t offer quick fixes, but instead helped us better understand ourselves and each other. Over time, this gave us practical tools to improve our relationship not just in the sessions, but in everyday life. We’re genuinely grateful for the support we received, and would wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone navigating a relationship.

So lucky to have access to such great counselors. Amy is an absolute star, I feel like we're making progress every single session. She's so fantastic at finding the core of an issue and laying it out.

My husband and I did counselling recently and we cannot be more grateful for Denise our counsellor. Denise managed to put words on things / feelings we never managed to describe or identify, spotted the root cause of the issues we face in our couple life. Issues we always had since we started living together and got worse after having our second child. Denise is an expert in the field, she spotted the cause, the trigger and helped us to have the tools to fix the problem or prevent it from happening. The path is long but at least we know what is happening. I would genuinely recommend to see this group if it is not going well with your partner. There is no need to suffer in your couple. Give it a chance before you decide the separation or divorce. I hope you find this feedback helpful .

I came to Relate Cambridgeshire a few months back with confidence and insecurity issues after a very hard breakup, my counsellor was able to help me stop my negative talk towards myself and brought back my confidence in myself and going on dates again. I wish there was more I could do to thank you!! I’d recommend Relate Cambridgeshire to any of my friends or family.

A therapist has not shown up to an online session scheduled, and no effort was made to reach out. I have tried calling them to find out what happened but constantly sent to voicemail. Not only is this one of the worst things a therapist can do, I have also spent £60 I might not ever get back.

We found the experience of relationship counselling a very helpful and positive one. Our counsellor was kind and non judgemental and encouraged a safe space or us to discuss what each of us felt unhappy with and then explored how we could work together to improve our relationship. We have learnt what to value in each other and the partnership that we have and now face the future with a much more positive attitude about our lives together. I would highly recommend Cambridge Relate not only to couples in difficulties but to anyone who wants to think about the future of their relationship.

Good experience with the relationship counselling and dealing with Relate in general. Friendly staff and counsellors. Had issues at some point reaching the office to cancel an appointment, and therefore couldn't cancel in time. After a brief chat, they did actually cancel out the deposit fee for not being able to cancel.

Our counsellor was very quick to identify the causes of our communication issues and provided constructive advice to help us work through them together. I would recommend this service to anyone who feels they could benefit from relationship counselling.

be careful. We went for counselling as wife was thinking of separating and during the induction, the counselor was extremely biased. Having identified that my wife was angry, she kept listening and nodding whenever she complained (most of the time) and as soon as I started speaking, I was interrupted with "but ... can you see ...". I thought Counselors were supposed to be good at listening. To top it off, she suggested that we go and test for autism! laughable really. It made things much worse. Now my silly wife is convinced I am autistic too!
