When I came to Tobias, I found myself with increasing anxiety, stress, and problems with lack of sleep. I felt totally overwhelmed and lost with how to navigate these issues alone. I have had a few counsellors in the past and have always found myself being quite traumatised leaving a session. I always found in past counselling sessions they became quite intrusive. However, my experience with Tobias and his approach has completely changed my mind on how a counselling session should be. There were no intrusive questions, we developed techniques to help me cope better, rebuild my own boundaries and I can honestly say I feel happy with being me. These simple techniques have allowed me to understand more about what is important to myself and my needs. Tobias even recorded a hypnotherapy sleep recording which helped me to calm my mind before sleep and resulted in a better night sleep. Tobias was always so open welcoming and calm I could not recommend Tobias more highly.

Tobias is a wonderful therapist. He is incredibly easy to talk to and is a very empathic person. He isn't 'just' a cognitive behavioural therapist, he has a whole range of other skills and specialties which he is able to bring to sessions. This means that he can tailor just the right combination of physical and psychological techniques for your circumstances which is quite rare among therapists. I would highly recommend Tobias
