   I couldn’t recommend Karen at Serenity Therapies enough. I had reiki yesterday for the first time and it was PHENOMENAL - I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to feel anything but my goodness I did. I have a chronic health condition which over the last few years has completed flattened my spirit which is why I wanted to experience reiki. During the session, I could feel such intense warmth from Karen’s energy, I also felt floaty, and I wanted to fall asleep but I was stopping myself so I could enjoy all I was feeling. At one point I felt like I wanted to laugh just because I couldn’t believe how I was feeling and that I was actually FEELING the energy. I can’t wait to book again. When I arrived I felt so welcomed by Karen, her home is so cosy and welcoming. I am a super anxious socially awkward person - but I felt at complete ease. She makes you feel completed comforted so you can take your time and do what you need to do to be comfortable, even things like offering for me to sit down if I needed to put my shoes back on before I left… without that prompt I would have just struggled standing up lol! She just made everything so nice for me. Please if you’re reading this and in two minds, DO IT! Thankyou so much xxx

   I was suffering with anxiety and feeling extremely low about myself. I have had a number of treatments with Karen all absolutely amazing. Reflexology, reiki and the holistic facial. I always come away feeling incredibly relaxed and all my worries disappear! Thank you Karen, you are magic!

   I have been struggling with perimenopausal insomnia of late and I hadn’t had any sleep for a week. I contacted Karen in the morning, she fit me in later that day for a bespoke therapy session including, Reiki, facial reflexology and a neck & shoulder massage. Honestly the instant stress relief was fantastic, the best facial I had ever received and to top it off I slept like a baby that night. 9 hours solid to be exact. Thank you so much Karen you are magic xx

   I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia several years ago and every year my pain levels have got worse. I was lucky enough to get a taster session with Karen at a friends and it was amazing. I then decided to book a full appointment for an aromatherapy massage and that night was the first night in years I had a good nights sleep. I now go on a regular basis and Karen has transformed my life allowing me to carry on working full time and have less pain than before. I would highly recommend anyone with an invisible illness to go to her, she has a magic touch that is life changing.

   I've had the hypnoslimmer package! Started in January 2022. I don't use scales but instead took measurements. Thrilled to say I've lost 10cm bust, 18cm waist, 20 cm hips. Still reducing too!! The audio is so easy and calming to listen to. Very powerful to change your minset and relationship with food. I've never felt deprived or on a "diet". Just so much more aware of what I put into my body and what choices I can make. It's so easy! Great support even now. The sessions are relaxing, inspiring and encouraging. I've had zoom and face to face sessions. Both have been as effective. Karen is always so supportive and always a message away. Even if it's just to give an update on my measurements, or to let her know how I think I'm doing. Amazing techniques and this has completely changed my outlook on life. I'm feeling healthier, looking well, unbelievably positive and genuinely happy all round. I absolutely encourage anyone to give it a go. Don't struggle. Don't diet. Improve your relationship with food. see amazing quick results and never feel like you're letting yourself down. All I have left to say is thankyou Karen, xx
