Visited Laura twice for reflexology. Found her very friendly, she explains treatments in full, gives you her time and doesn't make you feel rushed. I have found the treatment very powerful both times. Left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would certainly recommend. Give it a try.
I’ve been having reflexology with Laura for 6 months and I can’t imagine having to miss out on my monthly treatment. My monthly visit is like a therapy session and a treatment all in one, I pour my heart out, I laugh and I cry, sometimes all in the same session. While friendly and welcoming Laura is professional and really knows her stuff. Visiting Laura is like visiting a good friend and I leave looking forward to my next visit.
I went for a facial answer Indian head massage. Laura was very professional she took me through the treatments making sure I understood what she was going to do. She made feel safe and asked me to let her know if I felt uncomfortable with any of the treatments. I had 2 amazing treatments and came away feeling amazing I would recommend Laura she is the complete package!
Since moving away and not wanting to miss Lauras wonderful Zone face lift and facial reflexology sessions - Laura offered them virtually. They are so rewarding - each session is explained expertly with Lauras deep knowledge and passion of the subject. Very bespoke sessions are carried out to my requests and finish with a lovely meditation practice. I must say my face is surviving well through Lauras expert teachings. The bonus being that I now know how to treat myself In between sessions!!! Laura is a lovely approachable therapist and I would not hesitate to recommend xxx

I have been having treatments with Laura for almost a year, first of all massage and , more recently, Reflexology. She is wonderful at both. I usually have a neck, face and back and shoulder massage as I have neck problems and this helps release all the knots and gives me freedom of movement and relaxation. Recently i have have been having Reflexology regularly, again ironing out lots of problems. The calm atmosphere and Laura's expertise leave me really relaxed - I go home and crash out. She is highly recommended as a therapist.
