My ten year old terrier cross has always hated the groomers. He came back today looking amazing!!! Not only did he have an awesome time having a damn good bath but he looks so happy for having so much less fur on him!! I think Rocco has found his new groomers. Cannot recommend enough!!

Phoned Sarah to ask about our pups (Idris) first groom. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Had all the time in the world. She sent through her information for us to work with him beforehand to prep him. He was struggling with the heat in all his fluff so we didn’t leave enough time to do much but what we did do was helpful to acclimatise him a bit. That being said at 8 months he was a handful! Sarah left extra time and had a helper as they were expecting him to wriggle. Which he did- very much. They did an excellent job despite the twisting and turning. He looks super smart and so much more comfortable in the heat. He still went back for cwtches with them both so the experience for Idris can’t have been too bad. I’ll definitely bring him back so prepare yourselves! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone- great service!
Absolutely brilliant. Our VERY nervous whippet had his claws trimmed today -even the vet hasn't been able to trim them, but it only it took them a few minutes! Thank-you so much!
Absolutely amazing place! Took my 2 year old anxious and reactive dog here for the first time for a full groom and nail clipping. From the first telephone call, Sarah was so friendly and honest, booked me in straight away after I explained my dog is so fearful and can be aggressive and violent at times. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Numerous other places refused, however these guys accepted the challenge! Professional, welcoming and experienced. They even worked over time untill the job was complete. Full of love and genuine care! My boy came back clean, happy and looks amazing. Highly recommended. Couldn't be happier! Chris and Sarah did a fantastic job with my Skye Terrier. Friendly and full of help and advice on how to prevent her getting matted in the future. They clearly love dogs too and Frankie (my Skye) was truely pampered and spoilt
I was very very impressed with how well my rescue dog was groomed he was incredibly nervous but Chris and Sarah was brilliant with. Sarah was full of fantastic advice of how I can help maintain my dog's coat at home. Highly recommend Hare n Hounds
