Would highly recommend Premier Dog wash we have been using John and Sam for over 12 years for our westies. John is always friendly and helpful and as he he’s been doing them so long he know the dogs little ways and having them on the drive it make it so convenient for us. We get our calendar each year with next years dates in and Sam is always helpful if I need to amend a day she’ll jiggle things around to fit us in . John even went out of his way when Fudge had a tick on his forehead we hadn’t seen through his fur and John removed it for us with no fuss so grateful . We have been having Jack groomed by John for 7 years and 2 years ago we added Bert to our family, he is also groomed by John. Both dogs are spaniels and John has always groomed them both with the upmost care and attention, the both look and smell amazing following their groom. John is always prompt, friendly, thoughtful and respectful. Sam is always helpful if I need to rearrange an appointment. Fantastic service, highly recommended
Friendly and reliable service! We have used Premier Dog Wash for a few years now and we are always happy with the service. John and Sam are always lovely, communicate well and are prompt. Charlie (our dog) always comes away looking, smelling and feeling lovely and fresh! He’s a big old dog, and John takes good care getting him in and out of the vehicle. Excellent service.
