   Top Raw Leeds are the best in the business, I do a 3 hour round trip to top up on their food, despite having another supplier round the corner. Packaging and ingredients are clear, massive variety which helps provide a varied diet of different fats and minerals. Staff and owners are extremely knowledgeable, they won’t just tell you “guide amounts” to sell more product they genuinely help you to see what’s best for your dogs. I have two Home Office drug dogs and need them to be in perfect health, which is why I go to Top Raw Leeds. I’m qualified in food hygiene and the shop and production area are spotless.

   We’ve purchased from here multiple times without any issues, but our last visit was a major disappointment. After picking up some raw food, we went home and discovered bits of sharp plastic mixed in with the meat. We immediately contacted the store to address the issue, and their response was incredibly unhelpful. They simply shrugged it off, saying if our dog had eaten any of it, it would "pass through and not harm him." This was extremely concerning, and their lack of care for the situation was shocking. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

   I’m on my second order from Top Raw Leeds. I use them because I find their stuff clear in terms of what is in the food and I need to be specific with what my HUA Dalmatian can have. He seems to enjoy the food, it’s good quality, easy to use and has made my introduction to raw feeding very simple. I have not given 5 stars because each time I have ordered I have had no choice but to pay £14 for next day delivery and 4 days later I have still been waiting for my delivery to arrive. I am not sure on their interpretation of next day delivery… There is however nowhere else that I can find to sell the 13kg boxes of these Chubb rolls and so until I find something else, I am stuck forking out for next day non next day delivery.
