   I believe this is parent company of ‘Noah’s Ark’, which sells on the Not On The High Street platform. Sent me an absolutely disgraceful cat bed and have ignored my attempts to contact them. Contacting Trading Standards as they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this.

   absolute shambles of a company. Bought some petkit filters on 19th January. Was emailed by them on 21st January saying they were out of stock and a refund would be processed within 3-5 days. Emailed numerous times and had not one reply back and still no refund. Trading standards informed and paypal case opened. This company uses Petkit, Pet Central and Pet Brands ltd as trading names, and when I contacted them through their facebook page, they denied having anything to do with my order. Scammers, avoid at all costs.

   Very poor customer service, bought laser toy and batteries would not come out, after 2 months of trying to return I was asked to post back and postage would be refunded. They now claim batteries came out??? So won’t refund postage. My advice stick to a shop where you can return faulty items! Won’t be using again

   placed an order in december, some items didnt arrive -ordered xmas cat beds but other items were mistakenly sent instead -chalk boards? i emailed straight away about it, didnt hear anything back so 3 weeks later i emailed again, after 7 emails between dec-feb they finally apologised in february and said the refund would be in my account by the end of the month of feb, its now april and ive since emailed but still waiting for the refund for the products that didnt show up.-not a company i can recommend,
