   Today is Mon morn (b4 9am) & have been trying to ring Wakefield Kirkgate pharmacy since last weds. Rings & rings then told 'our pharmacy extremely busy' & cuts off. Very shoddy customer service.

   I feel like the Boots meal deal is one of the best value lunchtime options available. However, the variety of main options at this store consistently lets it down. It’s always slim pickings, with mostly empty shelves in the fridge. The experience isn’t helped by the constant queue for the tills, which is usually due to having only a single staff member working the checkout. The meal deal fridge is also placed right where people have to queue for the tills, making browsing the limited options incredibly awkward.

   The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. been twice in the last four weeks both times waited 50 plus minutes just to have a prescription prepared totally clueless regarding private prescriptions do yourself a favour and stay away from this place pathetic service

   Went in looking for loose face powder in cosmetics. Hadia was very helpful she checked the different brands until she found the right shade for me. It can be a little daunting with all the different brands so her help was really appreciated.

   Poor customer care, there was no-one at the pharmacy counter either to serve people or answer any queries. The only manned till point had 1 person serving with an additional asst. coming across after the extensive queue had reduced to only 1 person waiting! Will not be rushing back there for my pharmacy needs.

   Took the person I care for in for his flu jab. Agreed to do the injection downstairs but warned of a 15min wait as clinic running also upstairs. 25 mins later, no sign of pharmacist. So went upstairs to chase and asked about the quiet space they promised and told to wait downstairs again. Absolutely appalling service for a vulnerable person!

   Xmas pressy slippers basically unwearable and not fit for purpose due to a bad raised inside seam!!! Took them back to Wakefield Boots explaining all this expecting either replacement or a voucher as we had lost receipt. To my amazement i was told by a supervisor they couldn't do anything at all and tried giving the slippers back to me stating they were my property. I left them on the counter in disgust. I left Boots and bought a pair at M&S whose returns policy is much better

   If you want Ted baker this is the place to go. Matching shower gel and deodorant, shame the aftershave are different. Boots is boots. Good shop selling reliable products.
