   I can highly recommend PAD Financial after Paul secured us a great deal on our new mortgage. Our house purchase was a drawn out affair due to our original buyers pulling out. Throughout this time Paul kept on top of our account continually refreshing the market to make sure we still had the best deal available.    Paul did a good job for me on the remortgage of my flat in London. It was a slightly complicated mortgage because the flat was in a large block with shops, and I didn't want any upfront fees. Paul quickly found me a couple of good options and helped me when I had a few problems with the online legal arrangements.

   Paul offers an efficient and friendly service. He has processed three mortgage products for me now. The deals he offers always seem to be better than the products that i can find on the high street, and he always works hard to find the best product to meet my needs. He will always answer the phone if I ring him with queries, and he is happy to mentor you through the paperwork process, which can be confusing at times (legal & banking jargon etc). I recommend his services to all my friends and family.
