Brilliant service ! An engineer came out the same day to fix our boiler just after Christmas. We were heading for a cold snap with no heating or hot water and very grateful that he came the same day. He assessed the problem, explained what he was going to do and left us with hot water and heating working once more. Excellent. Thank you !

Been in my new build for just over a year now and Stewarts were the central heating installers. Had a couple of instances where I needed to call out an engineer, really good customer service and response was really quick. Just had my yearly service and James was helpful answering questions while servicing the boiler and central heating system. In my opinion he was respectful and professional. I would certainly recommend this company.
I always do annual maintenance with Stewart and this time as well I was not disappointed. Service was top class and I had prior knowledge about part replacement from the customer care. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my boiler and what he needed to do to fix it. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions. Had Stewarts plumbing and heating come to my home to service my boiler. I was very impressed with the company's communication. They called me this morning before to let me know that the engineer would be slightly late, which was no problem at all. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my boiler and what he needed to do to fix it. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions. The water heats up instantly and the boiler is much quieter. Stewarts were the installers off both our boiler and water cylinder in a new build property we bought back in 2020. We stuck with them for our first service March 2021, as they were onsite regularly during that period, and they’ve been our go-to for annual services March 2022 and again March 2023. Always had confidence that they’ve done a really good job, yes they sign off the service books, but I also like that you get a follow email with all of the engineer reports and certificates too to keep for records, really useful when we had a problem with a minor cylinder issue, just sent the email reports across to the manufacturer Kingspan as proof of service and they replaced part no issue on the back of these certificates. The various engineers who have visited always found them polite, really friendly, always have uniform on, branded vans, etc. Obviously a pretty big business but always found Stewarts quite personable, both the engineers that is but also when calling to book services or obtain a proof of purchase in respect of a warranty with a tap issue that we had,, always found them extremely helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending and hence this review.
I have used Stewarts for my boiler and hot water cylinder servicing since 2011, they always turn up at the time and day arranged. I have also used them for other plumbing work such as replacing taps and putting in a new sink. I am happy to recommend them.
I telephoned this company as they were the company that did all the plumbing & heating on my new build estate a few years back now. I wanted a replacement kitchen tap supplied & fitted. The office staff were friendly and polite, communicated well over telephone & email, price was reasonable so my job was booked in. On the day, engineer Jamie came and he was professional & friendly, he did the job, made sure the water was flowing without any leaks. Very happy with the service and would recommend. I will be using this company again in the future

Stewarts have been servicing our boiler for many many years and have attended a few emergencies, even on Christmas Eve. We recently decided to upgrade our 30+year old boiler to a combi for improved efficiency and relocate it from the garage to created more space. Work was completed to a high standard.
