Full service, Mot and break fluid change in 2 1/2 hours on a Friday afternoon. Great coffee whilst I waited and top class customer services as always by Ray. Even got shown to my carparking space by a really friendly guy as I arrived. (sorry I didn’t catch your name). Thank you!!
On my third visit in 2 months, I was not impressed. The vehicle was in for an air/fuel sensor and nearside front tyre. They did the tyre and told me the vehicle was ready, I had to remind them about the sensor even though it was something they diagnosed on a previous visit and ordered in the part. On collection of the vehicle eventually, I now have a message "bleeding coolant..... vehicle wallet message". I am thinking of taking my vehicle elsewhere in the future.
Truly outstanding customer service. My Campervan developed a fault which was very efficiently diagnosed and fixed under warranty. A free health check of the vehicle was done and a video of the check in progress was sent to me. An excellent idea. The van was washed before I collected it. Communication was first class. I was helped in the main by Tia who was extremely efficient and provided first class service.I am sure those behind the scenes also did.I would thoroughly recommend VW van centre. I am very sceptical regarding dealerships but this one is excellent.
